About the Role:

Sphere AG is seeking passionate and driven freelance sales experts to join our team on a commission basis. As a key player in our growth, you will leverage our cutting-edge digital solutions to identify new business opportunities and close deals. This role offers flexibility, high earning potential, and the chance to be part of a forward-thinking tech agency based in Antwerp.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in various industries, showcasing Sphere AG’s services.

  • Present and pitch our solutions, including web development, branding, social media management, and security tech.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and communication.

  • Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing.

  • Achieve sales targets and earn commission based on successful deals.

  • Collaborate with the Sphere AG team to align on strategy and client needs.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Motivated self-starters with a strong sales mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within digital solutions or tech services.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and proactively seek new opportunities.

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Knowledge of the Belgian or European market is an advantage.
